Accessibility

Neighborhood

NoDa is arguably one of the most popular neighborhoods is Charlotte. Once known as the eclectic, hipster neighborhood; NoDa has kept a little bit of its edge; but now boasts one of the best varieties of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and music venues in the city.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire unit, which includes the bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and all the good vibes we left behind. If it’s behind a door and doesn’t require a secret handshake or a lock, it’s yours. Stretch out, make yourself at home, and yes—you can touch the throw pillows. We won’t judge.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stay This was my third stay at the property (third unit), and once again, it was a great experience. The space was comfortable, peaceful, and had everything I needed for my visit. Check-in and communication were smooth as always, and I really appreciate the consistency with each stay. Brooke made the process easy and was great about working with me as I stayed in different units while waiting for my place to become available.

This was a beautiful place to stay for the Gigi Perez concert! The place was so comfortable and I loved the way it was decorated. I literally took pictures of everything so I can Google image search everything and buy it for it myself later. Thank you for offering this safe place!

I was in Charlotte for a conference and Brooke & Ryan's place was perfect for my needs. It was close to the convention center as well as restaurants, a park, and a walking path. As a woman traveling alone I felt completely safe. Any time I had a question the response was prompt and polite. Without hesitation I would book with them again.
