O.Q. is conveniently located on the Little Sugar Creek Greenway; walking distance to some of Charlotte's staple establishments (Birdsong, ACE #3, Optimist Hall, Rosie's Wine Bar, Sweet Lew's)...all <0.7mi.
Good to know
This Airbnb is one of four apartments in our quadplex. While there may be other guests staying in neighboring units; each apartment has its own front and back entry and exit. Additionally, each apartment has it's own private living room, kitchen, laundry, bedroom, and bathroom. The only shared spaces are the gravel parking area in front of the property, the upstairs balcony (if staying in units 3 or 4), and the back yard. According to a map, we are located at the intersection of First Ward, Optimist Park, Plaza Midwood, & Villa Heights.....but most people still consider us to be in the NoDa (North Davidson) neighborhood! These neighborhoods individually have been at the center stage of much of the growth here in Charlotte while maintaining their uniqueness.
