The furnishings of each unit have been thoughtfully upgraded to ensure our guests have an elevated, comfortable, and memorable stay. O.Q. is conveniently located on the Little Sugar Creek Greenway; walking distance to some of Charlotte's staple establishments (Birdsong, ACE #3, Optimist Hall, Rosie's Wine Bar, Sweet Lew's)...all <0.7mi.

Good to know

This Airbnb is one of four apartments in our quadplex. While there may be other guests staying in neighboring units; each apartment has its own front and back entry and exit. Additionally, each apartment has it's own private living room, kitchen, laundry, bedroom, and bathroom. The only shared spaces are the gravel parking area in front of the property, the upstairs balcony (if staying in units 3 or 4), and the back yard. We love our fur-babies just as much as you do, but did want outline our Pet Etiquette expectations: 1. We require guests to add their pet to the reservation so that it will be visible to our cleaning team. 2. If your pet is accustomed to getting on the bed/couch - please, please, please put down a blanket or sheet to protect our furniture. 3. Always clean up after your pet. :) *Please reach out directly if you have more than one pet.

Neighborhood

NoDa is arguably one of the most popular neighborhoods is Charlotte. Once known as the eclectic, hipster neighborhood; NoDa has kept a little bit of its edge; but now boasts one of the best varieties of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and music venues in the city.

Guest Access

The entire apartment is yours to use with the exception of a locked owners closet in the living area where our cleaners keep their supplies.

GREAT host and super super cute place. The location is PRIME! The place is so cozy and cutely decorated. Sheets were so so soft! Location was adorable with a little walking trail right next to it. Super easy check in! The host was super super helpful! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

This was an Amazing unit. Definitely 5 stars. Very easy to understand all instructions and at the time of my Visit the Rules were relaxed, which is a plus because alot of nice places like this one have undesirable requirements for many. very nice and quiet area. Very welcoming and clean for my short stay. Definitely recommend!

This place was amazing! Looked even better in person. It’s literally across from a trail that goes through the creeks and soccer field and more. Very peaceful. Highly recommend booking

I really enjoyed the location, and it was along the little sugar creek greenway that extends through out the city. It is definitely part of the fun neighborhoods in Charlotte, and in a great location to explore. I was traveling solo and I felt safe in that area. I was there a week and I would recommend to anyone looking for a spot. The Airbnb had everything I needed for my trip. I came at a pretty good time where the temp wasn’t too hot, and I was able to walk and be active every day. I don’t live in a walkable or bike friendly city, so this was one of the many things I enjoyed while visiting.

While a huge appeal of Optimist Quad is it's walk-ability; you will also have the option of: Public transit (light rail & bus stops). Uber & Lyft is readily available 24/7. Charlotte also has Lime bikes and scooters throughout the city.
