The furnishings of each unit have been thoughtfully upgraded to ensure our guests have an elevated, comfortable, and memorable stay. O.Q. is conveniently located on the Little Sugar Creek Greenway; walking distance to some of Charlotte's staple establishments (Birdsong, ACE #3, Optimist Hall, Rosie's Wine Bar, Sweet Lew's)...all <0.7mi.

Good to know

This Airbnb is one of four apartments in our quadplex. While there may be other guests staying in neighboring units; each apartment has its own front and back entry and exit. Additionally, each apartment has it's own private living room, kitchen, laundry, bedroom, and bathroom. The only shared spaces are the gravel parking area in front of the property, the upstairs balcony (if staying in units 3 or 4), and the back yard. We love our fur-babies just as much as you do, but did want outline our Pet Etiquette expectations: 1. We require guests to add their pet to the reservation so that it will be visible to our cleaning team. 2. If your pet is accustomed to getting on the bed/couch - please, please, please put down a blanket or sheet to protect our furniture. 3. Neighborhood

NoDa is arguably one of the most popular neighborhoods is Charlotte. Once known as the eclectic, hipster neighborhood; NoDa has kept a little bit of its edge; but now boasts one of the best varieties of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and music venues in the city.

Guest Access

The entire apartment is yours to use with the exception of a locked owners closet in the living area where our cleaners keep their supplies.

This space was perfect for us! When we arrived, checking in was very easy. The space was spotless , and the best way I could tell was by the clean white towels and the clean white bedding. All of the amenities in the home were updated and very easy to use. It was very cozy and comfortable, and also in a great location to walk to the city and to walk my dog. Highly recommend Brooke’s place and we will definitely be staying again when we are back in the area.

Oh how I loved this location! Right across the street from the greenway so we could walk along the creek and enjoy the fall colors, blocks from Optimist Hall where we ate three times, close enough to downtown and NoDa that we could get to work quickly. Brooke was a fabulous host - the communication was excellent and even though we had no problems whatsoever I know we would have been taken care of if anything had come up. One of my favorite parts of this apartment was having morning coffee on the sunny front porch. A wonderful place to stay in Charlotte!

I had a great experience staying here! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and timely throughout my stay. The space felt well cared for, with nice touches that made it feel like home. Find us

Your Airbnb has a large parking area out front (free). The NoDa Neighborhood has lots of free street parking, is extremely walkable, bike friendly, and plenty of Ubers/Lyfts available because of vicinity to Center City and other attractions.
