📜 House Rules (aka How to Be a Decent Human While You’re Here) 🚭 No smoking or vaping. Not inside, not outside, not “just this once.” The air here already has enough flavor. 🎉 No parties, raves, or interpretive dance-offs. We love enthusiasm, but your neighbors don’t need front-row seats. 🤫 Respect the neighbors. They’re nice humans who didn’t sign up for your DJ set. Inside voices after 10pm. 👯 No extra guests without approval. The house is cozy. Like, “if someone sneezes, everyone says bless you” cozy. 🐶 Pets welcome (the well-behaved kind). We love furry guests, but please make sure they’re polite, house-trained, and not auditioning for The Fast and the Furious: Backyard Drift. And yes — you’re on poop patrol. If they leave it, you lift it. 🧽 Clean up after yourself. We know it’s vacation — but dishes don’t wash themselves. (We checked.) Follow these simple rules, and you’ll leave with great memories — and us still liking you. __________________________________ If you are interested in having an event, you must provide the details and receive our approval in advance. According to a map, we are located at the intersection of First Ward, Optimist Park, Plaza Midwood, & Villa Heights.....but most people still consider us to be in the NoDa (North Davidson) neighborhood! These neighborhoods individually have been at the center stage of much of the growth here in Charlotte while maintaining their uniqueness.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire unit, which includes the bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and all the good vibes we left behind. If it’s behind a door and doesn’t require a secret handshake or a lock, it’s yours. Stretch out, make yourself at home, and yes—you can touch the throw pillows. We won’t judge.

Absolutely Superb Stay! Our group had an amazing experience at this Airbnb. Everyone loved having their own living quarters—it made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The home itself was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better. Brook & Ryan were fantastic hosts, providing clear instructions for access and a thoughtful guide with local recommendations. This property is officially our favorite spot in Charlotte, and we’ll definitely be back

Brooke and Ryan’s place was absolutely perfect for our group. Every family had their own unit and each was decorated beautifully. We loved sitting on the porch and catching up with each other. The area is so quaint and peaceful. Brooke and Ryan are fantastic hosts and made everything so easy for us. We definitely will stay at their property again when back in Charlotte!

Brooke & Ryan's place was perfect for our needs! We rented all 4 units for a wedding weekend and had more than enough space, amenities, and beds for us all. The hosts were very flexible with check in and allowing my bridal mehendi event for my wedding.

While a huge appeal of Optimist Quad is it's walk-ability; you will also have the option of: Public transit (light rail & bus stops). Uber & Lyft is readily available 24/7. Charlotte also has Lime bikes and scooters throughout the city.
