Oh how I loved this location! Right across the street from the greenway so we could walk along the creek and enjoy the fall colors, blocks from Optimist Hall where we ate three times, close enough to downtown and NoDa that we could get to work quickly. Brooke was a fabulous host - the communication was excellent and even though we had no problems whatsoever I know we would have been taken care of if anything had come up. One of my favorite parts of this apartment was having morning coffee on the sunny front porch. A wonderful place to stay in Charlotte!

Brook's place was exactly as it looks in the pictures and in the description. The Little Sugar Creek Park and trails access right across the street was fabulous and I felt very safe walking all through it along with a couple little deer we saw early in the morning.

This cozy-looking home in a quiet neighborhood is impeccably clean and very modern with an artsy flair to the decor. The bedrooms and living room are very welcoming and comfortable and the kitchen is furnished with everything you might need. An added plus is that the AirBNB is just a 20 minute, lovely walk to the fun, artsy Noda neighborhood with great restaurants & coffee shops. Brooke has been wonderful and helpful to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at the property (unit #1), and it was another comfortable and enjoyable visit. The unit had a relaxing feel and was stocked with everything I needed for a smooth stay. Communication with Brooke was clear and friendly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. I really appreciate how seamless each visit has been.

Absolutely Superb Stay!
Our group had an amazing experience at this Airbnb. Everyone loved having their own living quarters—it made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The home itself was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better. Brook & Ryan were fantastic hosts, providing clear instructions for access and a thoughtful guide with local recommendations. This property is officially our favorite spot in Charlotte, and we’ll definitely be back

Brooke’s place was super cute and comfortable. No complaints. The area was not the best but also not bad. Brooke was super nice and responsive. We’d definitely stay there again!

Place is beautiful and felt very inviting. The kitchen included any tool or amenity that you might need during your stay. Decorations were great without being cluttered, there was an old school camera for decoration that my daughter decided was real and I had to pose for a photo shoot every few minutes. 😅 But really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully stay again.

GREAT host and super super cute place. The location is PRIME! The place is so cozy and cutely decorated. Sheets were so so soft! Location was adorable with a little walking trail right next to it. Super easy check in! The host was super super helpful! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

It was a beautiful location,a beautiful apartment very cozy and a beautiful experience very close to the Panthers football stadium. Lots of breakfast places near the apartment

My boyfriend and I were in town for a concert and were so happy with our stay at Brooke’s! The location was close to all the activities we had planned and there was a lot for us to do. We would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again
